Senior Client Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Client Engineer will develop, maintain, and improve the DragonVale mobile game client for iOS and Android, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality updates and support live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the DragonVale mobile game client using C++
• Collaborate with designers, artists, QA, and production to implement new features and enhance existing systems
• Debug and resolve client-side issues related to gameplay, performance, and stability

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on game client development using C++
• Experience developing and maintaining mobile games for iOS and Android
• Proficiency in debugging and profiling projects in Xcode and familiarity with Android Studio
• Solid understanding of client-side game development, including gameplay systems and performance considerations
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and managing features from implementation to post-release support
