Job Summary

To support client relationship growth and revenue targets, the full-time Senior Client Executive will manage client engagement, oversee contract renewals, and develop strategic initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored client growth strategies to achieve revenue and growth quotas through upselling and cross-selling services
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, conducting regular business reviews to align services with client needs
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for new and ongoing client engagements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management with a proven track record of meeting revenue quotas
  • Experience in the healthcare BPO industry, particularly in claims adjudication, document management, or contact center solutions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with travel required as needed
