Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic global enterprise customers, the full-time remote Senior Client Executive will drive retention, renewal success, and customer value realization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead complex global accounts as the primary post-sale owner, driving customer retention and expansion
  • Develop Customer Success Plans in partnership with customers to define business outcomes and support long-term retention
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks and opportunities to ensure successful customer outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Law, Accounting, or a related field; Juris Doctorate strongly preferred
  • 8-12 years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, or a related customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Demonstrated success managing complex customer relationships and post-sale commercial engagements
  • Experience with enterprise software deployments and customer value realization initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
