Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Implementation Manager who will oversee the successful delivery of solutions for clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process, managing onboarding and client projects
• Develop detailed project plans and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Monitor systems post-launch and gather feedback for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the healthcare industry
• Strong project management skills and experience with healthcare program integrations
• BA/BS or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Knowledge of employer program implementations across multiple vendors
• PMP certification preferred
