Senior Client Insights Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Client Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Shopper Behavioral Analysis process and assist the sales team in closing deals through segmentation analysis
• Manage product analytics for the Shopper Operations Platform and collaborate with product and engineering teams for improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data and analysis that aids in merchant retention and upselling

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in analytics, data, or business intelligence roles
• Understanding of consumer brands and e-commerce metrics
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets
• Experience with dbt and Snowflake
• Familiarity with Tableau; knowledge of Python is a plus
