Leading a diverse portfolio of clients, the full-time Senior Client Management Associate will serve as a strategic advisor, enhancing client engagement and health outcomes through data-driven insights and relationship management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, developing and executing strategies that align with their healthcare objectives
• Analyze client performance data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, driving client success and renewal discussions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management or client management within healthcare or related fields
• Proven experience with client renewals and retention strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; experience with Excel and reporting tools is preferred
