Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders, preferably in employer benefits and healthcare
• Proven success in managing a book of business with high retention and expansion metrics
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to clients
