Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Manager to oversee employer relationships and drive product engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary contact for high-priority customers
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, including HR executives and benefit managers
- Utilize data insights to guide decision-making and drive client engagement and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders, preferably in employer benefits and healthcare
- Proven success in managing a book of business with high retention and expansion metrics
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to clients
