Senior Client Manager

Job Summary

Supporting a growing North American team, the full-time Senior Client Manager will lead client engagements in sustainability, providing actionable insights and managing cross-functional teams to drive sustainable performance improvement in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements from initial needs assessment to delivering measurable impact
• Build and direct cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality client delivery and outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating executive alignment and supporting implementation of solutions

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability roles, management consultancy, or client management in sustainability consultancy
• Proven ability to navigate and influence all levels of an organization, including executive stakeholders
• Experience in leading teams and driving performance
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial awareness of business environments
• Flexibility in mindset and approaches to problem-solving and strategic planning
