Job Summary
Leading the implementation process for new clients, the full-time Senior Client Onboarding Manager will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and exceeding client expectations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met
- Drive client implementations with minimal oversight, identifying gaps and optimizing processes
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in the implementation process
Required qualifications
- Minimum six years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PMP Certification is a plus
- Experience in a healthcare or benefits environment preferred
- Demonstrated implementation management skills, including leadership and project management
- Experience supporting Taft-Hartley Fund or public sector clients is a plus
