Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist (OAM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution for high-value practices
  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding plans, ensuring successful implementation and client training
  • Identify and mitigate onboarding risks while maintaining detailed documentation and driving clients to successful go-live outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in healthcare SaaS onboarding or implementation (EHR, PM, or RCM platforms)
  • Behavioral Health and/or Chiropractic domain experience
  • Experience onboarding high-value or operationally complex practices
  • Working knowledge of revenue cycle fundamentals, including payer enrollment and claims flow
  • Ability to lead client calls and trainings independently without scripts
