Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new client implementations and manage a portfolio of approximately 150 clients
• Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and optimize client programs
• Create performance reports and advocate for client success through regular communication and strategy identification

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management and client relations
• Ability to prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for clients and internal teams
• Experience in identifying revenue-generating opportunities across client portfolios
