• Provide customer service and manage sales processes for assigned Account Executives
• Prepare and manage sales quotes, ensuring accurate pricing and contract compliance
• Assist in special projects, reporting, and client account management

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of related experience, preferably in selling computer technology
• Strong knowledge of IT products and services
• Ability to build relationships and develop trust with clients and internal personnel
• Must adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs) and effectively multi-task
