Job Summary
Providing essential customer service and managing sales processes, the full-time Senior Client Operations Specialist will support an assigned team of Account Executives by handling quoting, ordering, account management, and order fulfillment in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with customers and internal stakeholders to address sales requirements and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Prepare and manage sales quotes, researching technical information and ensuring compliance with pricing agreements
- Assist with special projects, including reporting and setting up new client accounts, while maintaining communication with sales teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 1-5 years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders
- Proven experience in building relationships and developing trust with clients and internal personnel
- Capability to adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs) while multitasking effectively
- Strong organizational skills and experience in problem-solving and time management
