Senior Client Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Operations Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and exceed client expectations in service delivery
• Act as the primary operational liaison for account management teams, addressing service needs and fostering partnerships
• Drive successful implementations and ongoing service delivery by managing timelines and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and client service experience
• Minimum 5+ years in an account management support role or operational client services function
• Knowledge of the healthcare, managed care, and/or fitness industry
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments
