Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Operations Specialist to provide service to strategic clients and their brokers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for client servicing and operations, including implementation, renewals, and contract management
• Analyze customer requirements and offer recommendations to support complex group needs
• Research and resolve inquiries from clients and brokers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Two to four years of Customer Service or Account Service experience
• Preferred one year of experience as a Client Operations Specialist or in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to work within the full range of division hours of operation
