A company is looking for a Senior Client Outcomes Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Client Services protocols and oversee large accounts to maximize financial benefits
• Lead Return to Wellness initiatives and support account-specific discussions and action plans
• Facilitate team collaboration, mentor team members, and participate in strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• A minimum of seven years of experience in workers' compensation insurance
• Advanced knowledge of workers' compensation claims preferred
• CPCU or other related industry designation is preferred
• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive financial results in Client Services and Return to Wellness initiatives
