Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of multiple accounts, typically $5-10M
• Build advisory relationships to drive business impact and revenue growth
• Oversee customer satisfaction measurement and guide teams through improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development environment
• Proven experience in growing key and growth clients of $5M+
• Strong financial acumen, skilled in forecasting and revenue management
• Experience in relevant industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, or Manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other digital experience platforms preferred
