Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or similar role at a technology or SaaS company
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, ERP, or related fields
• Proven track record in developing senior-level customer relationships that drive results
• Experience managing agency or multi-client account models
• Understanding of customer relations and the e-commerce industry
