Job Summary
Driving complex enterprise sales motions, the full-time Senior Client Partner will lead strategic initiatives to modernize customer engagement for North America's largest brands, focusing on AI-led digital transformation in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive go-to-market territory strategy to identify and qualify high-value opportunities
- Engage key decision-makers and present high-impact business cases to C-level prospects, utilizing ROI analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions with a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals
- Extensive experience in Strategic Value-Based Selling and familiarity with the digital transformation landscape
- Deep understanding of transformational technology, particularly AI, automation, and customer engagement technologies
- Proficiency in managing long sales cycles with disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline management
