Senior Client Partner

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of multiple accounts, the full-time Senior Client Partner will oversee client relationships to drive measurable business impact, focusing on growth, retention, and satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and fostering strong advisory relationships
• Drive organic growth by executing strategic plans and maintaining account-level profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence and accurate forecasting for client projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development environment
• Proven experience in growing key clients with revenues of $5M+
• Strong financial acumen with skills in forecasting and revenue management
• Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, or CPG verticals preferred
• Familiarity with Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, or other composable DXP preferred
