Senior Client Partner

Job Summary

To drive client success and business impact, the full-time Senior Client Partner will manage a portfolio of accounts worth $5-10M, cultivate advisory relationships, and oversee client satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring growth, retention, and satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Horizontal's footprint within client organizations
• Foster strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence and client expectations are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development environment
• Proven experience in managing and growing key clients with budgets of $5M or more
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and revenue management skills
• Experience in relevant industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, or CPG
• Familiarity with platforms like Sitecore, Optimizely, or Contentstack preferred
