Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic pharmacy industry clients, the full-time Senior Client Partner - Pharmacy will focus on maximizing long-term value, retention, and revenue growth through executive-level relationship management and tailored strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic pharmacy clients while serving as their trusted advisor
  • Drive revenue growth by managing renewals, retention, and expansion within assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with clients' and company objectives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields
  • 8+ years of pharmacy industry experience, including retail pharmacy and pharmacy care management
  • 8+ years of sales/account management experience with high-value, complex client relationships
  • Proven experience building relationships with C-suite stakeholders
  • Exceptional strategic planning and negotiation abilities
