Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for premier and complex ESOP clients
• Oversee client engagement and ensure timely delivery of services
• Conduct profitability analysis and recommend service enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
• 8-10+ years of experience in client relationship management or similar roles
• Experience leading complex client meetings and handling escalations
• Prior experience in ESOP administration or retirement/benefits preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
