Job Summary
Managing multiple teams and ensuring client satisfaction, the full-time Senior Client Relationship Manager will oversee complex client relationships, implement service strategies, and drive performance metrics in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies focus areas to enhance client satisfaction and retention while collaborating with sales and relationship management teams
- Tracks team metrics and coaches staff on executing relationship plans and achieving goals
- Implements client service strategies and serves as an escalation point for critical service issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in a management role
- Established track record of supporting Advisor and Home Office relationships
- Experience with Advisor Fiduciary roles and programs
- Knowledge of Advisor Firm data needs and recordkeeping aggregation
