Job Summary

Owning and growing Coinbase's most strategic institutional client relationships, the full-time Senior Client Relationship Manager will manage multi-product expansion and onboarding for hedge fund and institutional clients while collaborating across various teams to enhance revenue and client satisfaction in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deepen relationships with hedge fund and institutional clients, aligning their strategies with Prime financing capabilities
• Lead the onboarding and activation of complex institutional clients, ensuring coordination with legal, compliance, and operations teams
• Serve as the senior escalation point for client issues, advocating for client needs to product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in institutional client relationship management or account management at a top-tier financial institution or crypto exchange
• Deep knowledge of global financial markets, prime brokerage, and lending products
• Proven track record of growing high-value institutional client relationships with measurable revenue impact
• Experience mentoring junior team members and developing scalable team processes
• Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly in daily workflows to improve efficiency and quality
