Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Renewal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong partnerships with team members to support client renewals
  • Utilize internal tools to keep management informed of renewal status and retention forecasts
  • Manage the entire renewal lifecycle independently after initial training
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) degree or equivalent job experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in client-facing roles within technology companies
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer/client renewals, sales, or account management
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Success technologies is advantageous
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
