Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Renewal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the renewals process from quote to closure, including contract negotiations
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and clients to maximize retention and address renewal-related issues
  • Utilize internal tools to keep management informed of renewal status and retention forecasts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) degree or equivalent job experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, specifically in customer/client renewals or SaaS account management
  • Knowledge of client/customer renewals best practices is a plus
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is beneficial
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
