Job Summary

Driving revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of existing clients, the full-time Senior Client Sales Executive will identify and convert organizations using supported software products, focusing on upsells and strategic client engagement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while generating revenue growth from existing clients and newly converted accounts
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with clear next steps and ensure timely updates in CRM for accurate forecasting
  • Research and engage organizations currently using supported products to convert them into active service clients and expand within existing accounts
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and driving growth in existing and new accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Familiarity with ERP, HCM, or other SaaS business applications is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
