Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time Senior Client Service Analyst will analyze customer data, support client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Customer Success Client Managers by understanding client needs and monitoring customer accounts
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Collaborate across functions to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction related to revenue cycle management services
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in client services, sales, or consulting
- 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
- Experience working with and manipulating data
