Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day client relationships, support, and adoption of products and services
Drive adoption of contracted functionality to maximize client usage and value
Configure the Origami platform to meet client requirements and assist with implementation

Required Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in a client-facing professional services position for Associate Client Service Executive
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML preferred
Project Management background with successful implementation experience is a plus
