Senior Client Service Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Service Manager, responsible for liaising between sales, clients, and operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new client relationships and ensure execution of business purpose lending transactions
• Develop specifications for new product implementations and facilitate client inquiries and audits
• Collaborate with the Client Service Manager team to ensure high client satisfaction and handle escalations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in the mortgage/real estate industry, specifically in business purpose lending
• Knowledge of business purpose lending guidelines and operational processes
• Ability to learn and explain business purpose lending services
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a multitasking environment
