Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Sr Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in managing client relationships and ensuring timely content delivery
- Lead a client services team to execute project requirements and enhance client satisfaction
- Identify and develop new service opportunities while coordinating solutions across multiple functions
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive experience, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex client deliverables
- Experience with syndicated POS/panel data
- Advanced degree is a plus
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
