Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end client service experience for Unilever's Beauty & Wellbeing Business Group, the full-time remote Senior Client Service Manager will oversee service-related inquiries, ensure timely delivery, and drive account growth through proactive issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client service contact for Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing, managing inquiries and issue resolution
- Ensure dependable service execution and adherence to established standards across assigned accounts
- Engage clients consultatively to understand business objectives and partner with teams to translate needs into actionable plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client service, analytics, or data support, preferably in retail or Consumer Packaged Goods
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with syndicated data or retail analytics platforms
