Senior Client Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Services Analyst to support clients through analytical insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients on navigating the Insights platform and designing reports to address business questions
• Leverage consumer panel data to deliver analytical insights that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's data, solutions, and services to present consumer behavior insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in CPG roles such as Brand Marketing, Market Research, or Shopper Insights
• Understanding of syndicated and household panel data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI)
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence software (e.g., Microstrategy, Tableau)
• Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver high-quality results
