Senior Client Services Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a core set of clients, the full-time Senior Client Services Analyst will guide users on Numerator's Insights platform, deliver analytical insights using proprietary consumer panel data, and develop a deep understanding of Numerator's solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide client users on navigating Numerator's Insights platform and designing reports to address their business questions
• Leverage consumer panel data to execute and deliver analytical insights that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Numerator's data and services, highlighting key differentiators in industry presentations and publications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Brand Marketing, Market Research, or Shopper & Consumer Insights roles within CPG
• Understanding of syndicated and household panel data (Nielsen and/or IRI)
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence software such as Microstrategy, Tableau, or QlikView
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner
