Senior Client Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide client users on the company's Insights platform and leverage consumer panel data to deliver analytical insights and recommendations
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's data, solutions, and services
• Discover and explore interesting facts about consumer behaviors for industry presentations and publications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or 1 or more years of relevant experience
• Desired experience in CPG, Market Research, Category Management, or Shopper & Consumer Insights roles
• Understanding of syndicated and household panel data (Nielsen and/or IRI)
• Working knowledge of enterprise software applications and services designed for the retail and consumer goods industries
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence software such as Microstrategy, Tableau, QlikView, or Business Objects
