Job Summary
To drive business growth, the full-time Senior Client Services Manager will manage a sales pipeline, engage high-value clients, and lead creative strategy discussions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the pipeline from prospecting to closing, generating opportunities through outbound efforts
- Lead consultative conversations that connect client business challenges to creative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver integrated creative projects
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in client-facing roles within a creative agency with experience in selling creative services
- Proven track record of meeting revenue quotas, preferably $2M+ annually
- Strong creative fluency in branding, campaigns, digital experiences, and content production
- Experience with creative tools and workflows, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to navigate executive-level conversations and manage complex stakeholder environments
