Senior Client Services Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including planning, execution, and control
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Communicate project expectations, status, and progress to team members, stakeholders, and executives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6-9 years of direct work experience in project management
• Experience in managing large complex projects, multiple work streams, systems, and cross-functional teams
• MBA strongly encouraged; PMP - PMI - ACP certified
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities
