Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide elevated support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Document client interactions in the ticketing system and assist the Sales team with escalated issues
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services while ensuring client needs are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • One year of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and internet usage
  • Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects related to the role
