Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide elevated support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Document client interactions in the ticketing system and assist the Sales team with escalated issues
- Maintain knowledge of products and services while ensuring client needs are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- One year of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in MS Office applications and internet usage
- Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects related to the role
