Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and chats from clients, documenting each interaction in the ticketing system
  • Effectively troubleshoot and manage support issues, including escalated cases from the Sales team
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients while maintaining knowledge of products and services
Required Qualifications
  • One year of customer service experience preferred, with call center experience being a plus
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications and internet use
  • Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects related to the role
