Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist to provide elevated support to clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and chats from clients, documenting each interaction in the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and manage support issues, including escalated cases from other support tiers
  • Assist the Sales team with escalated issues and ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • One year of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications and internet use
  • Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects related to the role
