Job Summary

Overseeing complex portfolio migrations, the full-time Senior Client Services Specialist will manage end-to-end processes for multi-property transitions, serve as the primary client liaison, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead complex portfolio migrations, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and addressing concerns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align on requirements and maintain visibility across stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4-6 years of experience in client services, property management, or transitions
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-property projects preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Yardi, and CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams without direct authority
