Senior Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing complex multi-property transitions, the full-time Senior Client Services Specialist will manage end-to-end migration processes, serve as the primary client liaison, and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding for large-scale portfolios in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex portfolio migrations, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during migrations, addressing concerns and facilitating communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on requirements and maintain visibility across stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-6 years of experience in client services, property management, or transitions
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, multi-property projects, ideally in the multifamily or real estate industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Yardi, and CRM platforms
