Senior Client Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Client Solutions Engineer will articulate product value, guide partners through integration processes, and support post-implementation, leveraging a strong technical background and client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Partnership team to prepare technical sales materials and develop proof of concepts for new business opportunities
- Design and implement tailored solutions for clients to ensure optimal technical performance and customer experience
- Identify and troubleshoot integration issues, providing actionable insights using SQL and related technologies
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP
- 10 or more years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, and JSON
- 10 or more years of customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, or consulting
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree is desirable
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
