Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing activations or client-facing account management
• Expertise in creator ecosystems and platform dynamics, particularly on TikTok and Instagram
• Proven success in managing and growing accounts with a focus on revenue retention
• Strong operational understanding of scopes, deliverables, and timelines
• Previous experience in the beauty industry or with beauty-focused clients is preferred
