Senior Client Solutions Manager

Job Summary

To support a leading social influencer and employee advocacy program for one of Canada's largest retail clients, the full-time Senior Client Solutions Manager (French) will manage client relationships, drive marketing strategies, and enhance social media engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the daily point of contact for communication and support
• Monitor and analyze client campaigns, preparing performance reports and recommending adjustments for improvement
• Lead bilingual trainings and execute marketing campaigns to increase program participation among field associates

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social marketing, digital marketing, or PR in an agency or in-house setting
• Bilingual in Quebec French and English, with strong written and spoken fluency in Quebec French
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders
• Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus
