Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of 10-15 brand-protection clients, the full-time Senior Client Solutions Manager will drive reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and renewal conversations while coordinating with the account team to ensure overall client health.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships end-to-end as the primary contact
  • Lead reporting, QBRs, and discussions on renewals and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate monitoring and enforcement activities with the account team and mentor junior team members
Required qualifications
  • Several years of experience in client or account management, preferably in brand protection, IP, or SaaS
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing QBRs and work with data and reporting
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently
  • Right to work in the United States
