Job Summary

To drive revenue growth, the remote Senior Client Solutions Sales professional will identify and close new business opportunities while managing existing accounts across various market segments, utilizing consultative selling techniques and CRM tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from outreach to negotiation
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with company growth objectives, utilizing outbound prospecting strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for account expansion
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is a plus
  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in Enterprise, New Business Development, or SMB environments
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts, with a track record of closing complex deals
  • Experience selling solutions or services related to leadership development, HR, SaaS, or professional services preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
