Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Client Solutions Specialist to join their Workforce Benefits division.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with technology partners and serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment flows
- Diagnose and resolve case-level technology issues while communicating effectively with customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address data challenges and support case-level file exchanges
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in the worksite or voluntary benefits industry
- Understanding of technology ecosystems within the FinTech industry
- Experience with API technology and Benefits Administration systems is a plus
- Intermediate skills with MS Office applications
