Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Solutions Specialist to join their Workforce Benefits division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with technology partners and serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment flows
  • Diagnose and resolve case-level technology issues while communicating effectively with customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address data challenges and support case-level file exchanges
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in the worksite or voluntary benefits industry
  • Understanding of technology ecosystems within the FinTech industry
  • Experience with API technology and Benefits Administration systems is a plus
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office applications
