Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Executive to serve as a strategic partner for complex employer and health plan clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive multi-year strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and financial priorities
  • Own revenue retention and growth across assigned accounts, managing renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Advise clients on industry trends and regulatory changes while representing the company's strategic direction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic account management or healthcare consulting
  • Deep knowledge of the employer-sponsored healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience leading executive-level conversations and complex negotiations
  • Strong administrative/technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
