Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Executive to serve as a strategic partner for complex employer and health plan clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive multi-year strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and financial priorities
- Own revenue retention and growth across assigned accounts, managing renewals and expansion opportunities
- Advise clients on industry trends and regulatory changes while representing the company's strategic direction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in strategic account management or healthcare consulting
- Deep knowledge of the employer-sponsored healthcare ecosystem
- Experience leading executive-level conversations and complex negotiations
- Strong administrative/technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
